Arleen L. Johnson,68, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 at Susquehanna Nursing Center. She had a passion for reading, watching Netflix, Bingo, collecting porcelain dolls and was a member of the Broome County Doll club. She traveled to doll shows with her mom. Her sense of humor and faith allowed her to live a blessed life. In high school, she was in the U-E Marching Band and Honor Society. Her family and friends, many of whom she met prior to graduating from U-E class of 1976, were very dear to her. She attended SUNY Broome Community College graduating with a B.A. Accounting degree and had a successful career as a Certified Accountant.

She is predeceased by her grandparents, Romeo Felice and Anna Swartz. Grandparents, George Johnston and Mary Johnston, and her parents, Donald L. Johnston and Philomena Johnston. Arleen is survived by sister, Laura Johnston North Venice FL and brothers, Donald H. Johnson, son Brandon, daughter Kamryn, Endwell, NY and Scott Johnston (Patricia) son Logan, Toms River, NJ.

The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street Endicott on Friday, September 12th from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Vestal NY. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 North McKinley Avenue, Endicott NY 13760.
