Betty Dubois

Betty Jane DuBois, at the age of 95, passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 13, 2018, in the arms of the Lord and has now entered the Gates of Heaven. Waiting to be reunited with her are parents B Harry and Marian Chrysler, her husbands Clarence W Shumaker and Erwin DuBois along with her dear sisters, special aunts, and cousins. She is survived by her loving daughters Sally Jane, Donna Marian (Gregory) Villanti, and Betty Lou (Betsy) Shumaker. Her extended loving family Roger (Libby) DuBois, Dawn (Bernie) Cox, Ronald (Peg) DuBois, Sharon Hammond, and Richard (Roz) DuBois. Loving grandchildren Lyssa, Michelle, Nicole, Gerald (Rob), Christina, Amy, and Daniel, eleven great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. And several nieces and nephews. She was a lifelong member of the Union Center United Methodist Church where she has left behind many dear and special friends.
A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday October 20, 2018 at the Union Center United Methodist Church, Maple Drive, Endicott beginning at ten o’clock am when the family will greet friends and family. The service will begin at 11 am. The family would like to thank Ideal Living Center Violet and Lily Courts for the excellent care she was given.
