Carolyn graduated from Union Endicott High School in 1954. After their marriage in 1955, she and Joe spent two years in Germany, where he was stationed while serving in the U.S. Army. She worked in human resources for the Endicott Johnson Corporation for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of St. Anthony of Padua Church and enjoyed volunteering at the Feast Days. She took great pride in her home. She especially enjoyed cooking and baking, decorating extensively for every holiday, and graciously entertaining friends and family. She enjoyed bus trips to casinos, dinners at Oaks Inn, and shopping with her special friends Charlotte, Sue, and Gay. A special thank you to Dr. Barrett, Dr. Readling, and the staff at Broome Oncology, who treated Carolyn so well during the past two years, as well as Lourdes Hospice and her recent caregiver, Cheryl Grace. To the end, Carolyn did it big, bold, and her way.
