Charles Goodwin

Charles Lee Goodwin of Endicott, NY passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital after a short illness on January 13, 2022. Charles was predeceased by his parents Walter and Lena Goodwin, his brother Edward (Bud), and his sister Junia Oakley. He is survived by his wife Mae, children Karen Mikels (Richard), Patricia Cochran (Douglas), Jeffrey Goodwin (Cathy), and Kathleen Plate (Robert). Also 8 grandchildren Corey Savage (Jessica), Sean Savage (Anais), Brandon Donahue (Jessica), Jessica Plate-Peris (Shehan), Brittney Cochran, Kelsey Cote (Mathieu), Jeffrey Plate and Hannah Goodwin. Also 4 step grandchildren, Luke, Todd, & Tyler Mikels and Lexie Corwin. Also 6 great grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. Charles worked at IBM Endicott retiring after 38 years of service. He was Past Master of Masonic Lodge Round Hill 533, a member of the West Corners Lions Club for 28 years, and a member of Central Methodist Church. Chuck loved his family and spent many hours in his woodshop making items for his home or grandchildren. His second love was spending winters in Florida with his wife playing golf, bocci ball, and pickle ball.

There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
