Constance Ballard

Constance Marie Ballard peacefully went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2016 at her home surrounded by family after a long courageous battle with cancer. Connie was a loyal and dedicated gymnastics coach for Chenango Gymnastics for 13 years. She loved animals and the strays always found their way to her heart and home. She lived for the holidays and loved having her house full of laughter and love. Her greatest passion was her family which included many friends. She loved a challenge and proved to be a true warrior until the end. She touched many people’s lives and many people touched her life. Connie is predeceased by her parents John and Rose Marie Kilmer. She will be sadly missed by the love of her life and husband David Ballard. Her children Jeffery (Lindsay), Heather (Jason), Christopher, Amanda (Bobby), and Lyndsey Rinker, step children Lance (Tenille) Ballard and Carly(Rob) Miles, her 13 grandchildren Morgan, JT, Chase, Dominic, Delaney, Matthew, Liam, Lennon, Violet, Paisley, Emily, Evan and Sophia that called her Grammy. Her very loyal fur-babies Dolce, Remlik and many special friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Hospital or the Broome County Humane Society.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 7 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Tuesday from 5 pm until service time at 7 pm.
