Dale Dale Gunning

Dale F. Gunning, 62, of Vestal, passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle with kidney disease Tuesday, August 20, 2013. He is pre deceased by his parents, Frederick and Juanita; brother, Wayne Gunning; nephew, Brian Koch. He is survived by his life partner of seven years, Teresa Macy; daughters, Rachael (Shane) Hutchinson and Adrienne (Steve) Sutton; 3 grandchildren, Hollace Finver, Connor Hutchinson and Charles Sutton; sisters, Diane (Lawrence) Koch and Kathy Soleto; brother, Glenn Ludington; special cousin, Connie Lightner; hunting partner and nephew, Bobby Barton; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Dale was an avid outdoorsman and loved sports. He had a passion for flying planes and enjoyed spending time with his family. The family would like to give special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Bridgewater Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their compassionate and outstanding care of Dale during his illness.
Funeral Services will be held Friday 1:30 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with Reverend Marlene Steenburg of Memorial Park Baptist Church, Vestal, officiating. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday from 12:30 pm until service time at 1:30 pm.
