Darlene M. Salata

Darlene Marie Salata, 88, of Endwell passed peacefully from earth to heaven at Wilson Hospital on February 27th,2026 after a brief illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was pre-deceased by her husband John James Salata, her mother Ethel Mae Lane, her father DeElbert J, and wife Sarah M. Tait and her brother Michael Earl Tait Sr., and sister-in-law Jeanne and husband Richard Pedro. She is survived by her daughter Kara Marie Brandon, her sister Maureen Tait, and her brother Graham and his wife Diana Tait, a sister in law Nancy Tait, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am, Monday, March 9 at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Avenue, Endicott. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Sunday, March 8 from 2-4 pm.
