Donald A. Simmons

Donald A. Simmons, Sr 71 years old of Endicott, N.Y. born in Montour Falls, N.Y. to Lynn & Cecile Simmons of Hayts Corners N.Y. passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on December 31st 2025.
He is predeceased by his Father Lynn H. Simmons, Mother Cecile M. (Swick) Simmons, Brother Robert J. Simmons, Sisters Grace A. (Simmons) Shaup and Gladys M. (Simmons) Douglas, Great Niece Maleah Mae Thurston, Father In Law James C. Jardine and Mother In Law Angelina R. Jardine.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Tina M. (Jardine) Simmons. Brother David E. Simmons. Sons Donald A. Simmons, Jr (Heidi Limbert) and Gregory J. Simmons. Grandchildren Jay L. Simmons and LillyAnn R. Green. Brother In Laws Peter J. Jardine and James M. Jardine. Niece Sandy L. Thurston. As well as several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Don is a graduate of Ovid Central School in Ovid N.Y. He served in the United States Navy. Retired from Hadco/Sanmina Corp. Where he worked as a security guard. Don was a proud member of the Bills Mafia, a true Bills backer.
Don’s hobbies were building model classics cars, and collecting model trains. He also loved helicopters and jet air planes. Don loved music such as his favorite band The Who and he loved playing drums. Don loved playing monopoly but you would not love playing with him.
A Funeral Mass for Don will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 11 am at Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 300 Odell Avenue, Endicott. The family will receive friends on Thursday at Church from 10 am until Mass time at 11 am.
