E. Joyce Kenyon

E. Joyce Kenyon, 89, of Vestal, died Friday, October 11, 2013. She was predeceased by her parents Richard and Dorothy (Cleveland) Kenyon. She is survived by two cousins Phyllis Allen, Ithaca, NY and Virginia Thuillard, Johnson City, NY and several close friends, including James and Rosemary Mott, Vestal. Joyce was a graduate of Union-Endicott High School and Antioch College. She received her Master’s Degree from Syracuse University and retired from Family and Children’s Society. She was a kind and generous person, always thinking and doing for others, quietly and without fanfare. The family would like to thank the staff at Elizabeth Church Manor, Binghamton for all the kind and compassionate care shown to Joyce during her stay there.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday 1 pm at Hope Cemetery, Newark Valley, NY.
