After retirement, she enjoyed trips with local seniors groups, water aerobics at the local Boys & Girls Club, activities and trips with AARP, and cards and lunch with friends.
The family would like to acknowledge the help and care Ellen received during her year in Ideal’s Assisted Living program and are especially grateful for the compassionate care she received during these last 6 months in the Skilled Nursing unit.
Although no funeral services will be held, the family wishes to invite friends and family to celebrate Ellen’s life at Sharon and Tom’s home, 2832 Yale Street, Endwell, NY, on Sunday, July 13th, 2025 between 2 and 4 PM.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to a local animal shelter/rescue organization or to Broome County Humane Society where Ellen found many dogs that she loved over the years.
