Ernest “Ernie” Webster

Ernest “Ernie” Webster, 87, of Endicott, passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital Wednesday April 26, 2017. He was pre deceased by a step son Dick Ford, his sister’s Audrey, Vivian, and Lee, and a brother Henry. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Matilda (Midge) Webster, a son Ricky D. Webster, two stepdaughter’s Shirley (Mike) Zimmerman, and JoAnne Grassi, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ernie retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 38 years of service, he was a veteran of the US Army stationed in Occupied Germany, a former Boy Scout Troop #202 leader, and a devoted husband, and father.
Funeral services will be held Friday 6 pm from the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street Endicott. Entombment will be at convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday from 4 pm until service time at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Boys Scout Troop #202, Endicott.
