Filomena “Fil” Rano

Filomena Rano, 89, of Endicott, passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital on October 9, 2018. Fil was predeceased by her parents Pasquale and Emilia, and her sister Josephine Rano. She is survived by her sister Mary Petrolle, brother-in-law David F. Petrolle, her beloved nephew David D. Petrolle, her beloved niece Emily Foti, and her husband Joseph Foti. Her special loves were her great nieces, Lucia Theresa and Maria Grace Foti, who brought her so much joy. She had a long career spanning 42 years with the Endicott – Johnson Corporation. Fil enjoyed working with the fish dinners and Cafe at St. Anthony of Padua Church, where she was involved in many activities. Many thanks to Vestal Park for their wonderful care, especially Marjorie, and thanks to Wilson Memorial Hospital ICU for their care.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 11:30 am at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 306 Odell Avenue, Endicott. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at church Friday from 10 am until 11:15 am.
