Gary Eckert

Gary Bennitt Eckert 76 of Maine, NY passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 12, 2022. He was predeceased by his parents Bennitt and Roseanna Eckert, Maine, NY. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Donna, his children Jim (Kathy) Eckert, Jennifer (Rodney) Cogswell, and Steve (Gina) Eckert. Five grandchildren Abby (Tyler) Beckley, Morgan (Kinser) Sherman, Brad (Kelly) Eckert, Sydney Cogswell, Sam Eckert, and 3 great grandchildren; Bennett & Colette Beckley and Hudson Eckert. He is also survived by his sister, Julie Fetterman, brother Doug Eckert, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and great friends. Lastly, Gary leaves behind grand dogs and cats and his beloved Molly and Rosie.
Nothing brought Gary more joy than being home, mowing his lawn, his family and his dogs.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday 12 pm, with Full Military Honors at the Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Visitation will be held at the Allen Memorial Home, Thursday from 10 am until service time at 12 pm.
