George Meyers

George C. Meyers of Endwell, a well-known builder in the Southern Tier, died June 7, 2015 at age 79. He leaves his beloved wife of 30 years, Kathryn Jean Meyers; and his son; Stephen Meyers and wife, Melissa Carr; son, Morgan Meyers and wife, Betsy Meyers; daughter, Allyson Hay, and husband, Brandon Hay; stepson, Bud Cunningham, Jr., and wife, Jill Cunningham; stepdaughter, Joanna Cunningham; and stepson, James Shedden, and his wife, Linda Shedden. George loved spending time with his many grandchildren: Madeline, Mackenzie, Holly, Aubrey, Christopher, Hailey, Macie, Samuel, Piper, Sean, Becky, Randy, Katrina, and Jodie. “A coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man but one.”
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 2:30 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. Burial at Maine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Wednesday from 12:30 pm until service time at 2:30 pm. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Shriners Hospital, Philadelphia.
