Helen Kukelka

Helen T. Kukelka, 94, of Endicott, died at Wilson Memorial Hospital after a brief illness Monday, September 28, 2015. She was predeceased by her husband Edward R. Kukelka, her sister Eleanor Tait and her brother Matthew Kudlac. She is survived by her daughter Mary Lynn Brown and partner Augustus Baldini, Vestal; her son James Kukelka and partner Christina Avery, Endicott; four grandchildren Joseph; Grace; David and Emily; three great grandchildren Keegan; Mchenna and Noah. Helen was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott and a retired employee of the parish.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. Expressions of sympathy in Helen’s memory may be made to Mercy House, 3600 Phyllis Street, Endwell, NY 13760.
