Jacob A Perkow 55 of Endicott NY passed away Friday July 24th 2026. He is predeceased by his mother Barbara Perkow and father Alexander Perkow. Survived by his wife Terri Perkow daughter Sarah Perkow son in-law Ramon Collado granddaughters Rose Collado and Lily Collado. 3 brothers, his twin Micheal Perkow and Melissa Wilbur, Alex Perkow and Crystal Perkow, and John Perkow and Carole Perkow. Several nieces and a nephew. And his best friend Eric Houser. He loved his job, driving busses for Shafer's Tour & Charter, for the past 7 years.
The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, Thursday, July 30, from 3-5 pm.
