Joan Wallen

Joan N. Wallen, 82, of Apalachin passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, June 14, 2016 surrounded by her family. Joan was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Joseph E. Wallen, Jr.; one son and daughter-in-law Joseph E. III and Susan Wallen, Oswego, NY; three daughters and sons-in-law Judith A. and Ronald Cacialli, Vestal, NY, Lisa and David Dickson, Hopewell, VA, Jona and Jerry Plotkin, North Grafton, MA; nine grandchildren Diana, Eric, Douglas, Melissa, Megan, Bryan, Kevin, Jensen and Bryce; five great-grandchildren Emily, Ethan, Gretchen, Gwenyth and Sebastian. Services were held at the convenience of her family.
