Margarite (Peg) Penrose, 95, of Endicott passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank Penrose and her parents Thomas and Gladys O'Brien.
She is survived by her 5 children Kevin (Debbie) Penrose of Pen Argyl, PA; Keith Penrose of Endwell, NY; Thomas Penrose (George Kithianis) of Mount Pleasant, SC; Timothy Penrose of Mount Pleasant, SC; Patricia Penrose of Endicott, NY. Granddaughters Tara Penrose Varga (Dave) of Cornelius, NC; Melissa Penrose of Binghamton, NY and Katie Shereba, Pen Argyl PA and Grandsons Richard Timmermans of Endicott, NY and Kyle(Courtney) Penrose of Pen Argyl PA and several great grandchildren.
She had a long career as a switchboard/telephone operator at New York Telephone Co., General Electric, Savin Corporation and United Health Services and was a member at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Endicott, NY.
A private graveside funeral service is planned..
