Marian Tuch

Marian K. Tuch, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2014 at Vestal Park Rehabilitation Center. She joins her husband, Lester W Tuch; daughter Sharon Ortalono; parents Samuel and Mary Muhr; brothers William and Samuel Muhr, Jr. and many friends, cousins, and relatives. Surviving are her daughter Dianne Battisti, Endicott, son Richard Tuch, Long Beach CA, grandchildren Steven Ortalono and Julie DeWind (Patrick). Marian was born in Avalon PA, on December 22, 1916. She lived a full and happy life living to the age of 97. Marian was a 60 year member of the Eastern Star and the Rebecca’s. She sang in the Sweet Adeline’s in Williamsville, NY. Our thanks to Vestal Nursing for 10 years of wonderful care, especially to Laurie (nurse) and aids Tony and Laurie.
Services will be held Thursday 4 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Broome Community College Foundation Battisti family Memorial Scholarship.
