Maureen “Mo” Hover

Maureen “Mo” (Nevader) Hover, age 73, passed away peacefully Thursday, September 15, 2016 at home after fighting a courageous battle of cancer. She was born in Queens, NY to Helen and George Nevader. Maureen was predeceased by her parents; sister, Anne Planck, and brother, Daniel Nevader. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard H. Hover; her five children, Richard (Julie), Alicia, Stephen (Tracey), Debra (Arthur), and Carrie; her eleven grandchildren; her brother George (Chris), sister Eileen, sister-in-law Susan Sullivan, and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church Monday, September 19, 2016 at 10 am. Maureen was a sweet, loving, compassionate, generous person. She touched many lives and will be truly missed by all that love her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
