Michael J. Sullivan

Michael J. Sullivan of Vestal, New York passed away unexpectedly on August 29, 2026 at the age of 63.

He was predeceased by his mother & father Judy & John Sullivan, his brother Mark Sullivan and several much-loved aunts, uncles & cousins.

Michael is survived by his wife Cheryl Sullivan, his son Mason (Jordan) Singer and his daughter Quinn (Theo Grandy) Singer, his beloved grandchildren Kaia Diorio, Izabella Singer, Natalia DiCamillo, Roxie Singer, Lucca DiCamillo, Mason Morgan Singer & Devin Grandy; his sister Lory Sullivan, his brother Luke Sullivan, his in-law’s Roxie & Thomas Singer, Sue & Bill Kuhn, Scott & Maureen Singer and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts uncles and many truly incredible friends and clients.

Michael was an attorney who had his own practice for 35 years. He was an advocate, cheerleader, supporter and guardian for every child that he encountered through his work, through his two children and through his seven beloved grand kids. He never went anywhere without a book and never met a person he couldn’t have a conversation with.

Funeral Services for Michael will be held on Tuesday, September 8th at 10 am at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home on Monday, September 7th from 4-6 pm.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory can be made to the Special Olympics or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which Michael would have appreciated.
