Noreen A. Zembek

Noreen Zembek, 90, of Binghamton NY, passed away on Friday, June 19th, 2026.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Laura Marie Swindler; loving husband, Edward; and, son Alan. She is survived by her son, William (Karen L.) Zembek; brothers, Robert (Christine) Swindler and Reid (Donna) Swindler. She leaves behind grandson, Steven (Karen M.) Zembek; great grandchildren, Allison and Nolan Zembek; step grandchildren, Jessica (Todd) Seville and Rachel Orr; five step great grandchildren and two step great-great granddaughters. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Kathleen, Todd, John, Debbie, Doug and Chris. Also survived by her special friends, Mary Jane Svercek, Lori Svercek, and Vickie Griffin.
Noreen was a graduate of UE high school class of 1954. She was a regular for breakfast with her fellow classmates once a month. Noreen was a homemaker raising her boys most of her life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Especially the gang: Joe (Dottie) Bezek, George (Mildred) Vanca, Jack (Mary Jane) Svercek. In retirement she enjoyed traveling and cruising.
Funeral Services for Noreen will be held on Wednesday, July 1st at 11 am at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the Allen Memorial Home from 10 am until Service time at 11 am.
