Olwen Hughes, 99 of Endicott, NY and Houston, TX, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at St John’s Methodist Hospital, Houston TX after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband George W. Hughes. She is survived by a Son, Robert Hughes (Sheila), daughters, Jeanette Hughes and Cheryl (Cheri) Stewart, grandsons, Scott and Mark Hughes, granddaughter, Christin Cook, four great granddaughters, Sarah, Emma, Taylor and Amber Hughes, four great grandsons, Noah Hughes, Jacob Cook, Kagen Cook and Frankie Stewart. She was a member of Community Baptist Church, Apalachin, NY and retired from The Village of Endicott, Ideal Hospital, Endicott, NY.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 12 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend David C. Seaver officiating. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Tuesday from 11 am until service time at 12 pm.
