Richard Orzell

Richard F. Orzell, 86, of Apalachin, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2024.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Orzell, bother, Tom Orzell (Diane), sister Carol Ann Burgess, sister-in-law, Rosemary Mertens, nephews; Scott Mertens, Chris Mertens, Darren Mertens (Kathy), David Campbell, Michael Orzell (Jeannie), Jason Burgess (Vanesa), Jeremy Burgess (Michelle).
Richard was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott, a retired I.B.M. Corp employee, retiring after 35 years of service. He was also a member of Vestal Elks Lodge #2508, and Vestal Senior Citizens Club.
Richard enjoyed spending winters in Florida, golfing, gardening, taking great pride in his flowers and yard.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 am, Friday, July 5 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 701 West Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery, Johnson City.
