Richard “Dick” Selby

Richard “Dick” Selby, 83, of Endicott, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022. He was predeceased by a son Todd and parents Robert and Minerva Selby. He is survived by his beloved wife Angela Koutsaris; sons Douglas and Mark Selby; five grandchildren; a brother Robert (Ruth) Selby brother in law and sister in law Harry and Peggy Athanasiou and cousins Susan Ackerman, Connie Grow. Barbara Guernsey and Mary Littlefield. He was a veteran of the US Army and a retired New York State Trooper.
Services will be held Thursday 5 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4 pm until service time at 5 pm.
