Roy C. Costley, 62, of Endicott passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, November 2, 2016. He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Doris. He is survived by a sister Cheryl (Paul) Scaglione; a niece Carla Scaglione, all of Yorba Linda, CA; also many dear friends. Roy was well known in the community and a talented musician. He will be missed greatly by family and friends.
Services will be held Tuesday 4 pm at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott.
