Susan Zedar

Susan Jane Zedar, born August 3, 1970 in Endicott, New York to Frank R Zedar and Sally J Tewksbury Zedar passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 12, 2014. Susan is survived by daughters Sarah (Steven) Smith of Aurora CO and Alexandra and LeeAnnah Zedar of Endicott NY, her Father Frank (Maritssa) Zedar of Palm Coast FL, her mother Sally Landers of Vestal NY, siblings Andi (Rob) Sutton of Manassas VA , Chelsea and Zach Zedar of FL, fiancé John Maciak of Binghamton NY and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends were Susan’s passion and delight. She spent many hours chatting on the phone making her loved ones laugh. She loved to cook and enjoyed an array of music. She found comfort caring for others and animals. Susan felt the most at home strolling along the seas with her toes in the sand.
Funeral Services will be held 11 am Wednesday, September 17th from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Dr. Michelle Bouge-Trost, Pastor of Central United Methodist Church, Endicott officiating. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Tuesday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are welcome in Susan’s memory for daughters Alexandra and LeeAnnah Zedar’s college fund c/o 4946 South Dillon Street, Aurora, CO 80015.
