Teresa “Terry ” Davidson

It is with great sadness that we share the news of Terry’s passing on Sunday, December 23, 2018. Terry lived in her beloved home in Park Manor for 50 years. Her years there were spent with many great friends and family. Terry welcomed everyone into her home with the intention of making them feel special. She was always the life of the party. Terry loved her antiques and with her husband Jim, owned “Davidson Antiques” for many years. She could decorate a room like no other. Her camp on Sacandaga Lake was her heaven on earth! Her friendships from the lake were very dear to her. Terry was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years Jim. She is survived by her children, Kathy and Charlie Burt ; Peggy and Bob Wheeler; Moe and JF Delaitre; and Chris and Patty Davidson. Adoring grandchildren Steve and Joe Burt, Kelsey and Juan Briceño, Emily Wheeler and Aaron Henshaw, Becca Wheeler and Rich Taber, Jack Turner, Bessie Turner and Brian Doyle, Ella Delaitre. Along with the light of her life, great grandson Niko. She is survived by her brother, Jack Alrutz; brother in law, Ralph Mangino, Sr, and sister in-law Shirley Davidson and their loving families. Terry leaves behind her dear friend of 53 years, Marylyn Savidge. Terry spent the last few years enjoying life at Castle Gardens (Vestal, NY). The family will be forever grateful to the staff for their love and care.
Per Terry’s wishes there will be no services. Donations can be made to Mercy House in Endicott, NY.
