Timothy “Tim” Maxwell

Timothy (Tim) P. Maxwell, 52, of Binghamton NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, Oct 29, 2016. He was predeceased by his father, John Maxwell. He is survived by his mother Jane Maxwell, brothers Michael Maxwell and Kevin Maxwell, sister Ann Maxwell, nephew David Griffith, and niece Jessica (Maxwell) George and her husband Joe George. Tim was a proud and hard working man who owned his own construction business for over 20 years. He was an outstanding provider who was always there for his family, especially his mother, whom he loved dearly. Tim loved to ride his Harley, go to NASCAR races, and play with his beloved dog, Norbit. He was loved by all who knew him and will missed terribly by many friends and family.

Funeral Services Tim will be heldThursday 11 amfrom the Allen Memorial Home,511-513 East Main Street, Endicottwith Minister Mark Florance of Truth in Christ Ministries, Johnson City, officiating. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home,Wednesday from 4-7 pm. In Lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Tim’s memory may be made to the Broome County Humane Society,2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, NY 13903.
