Victoria “Vicky” Carlucci

Victoria Carlucci, 83, of Vestal ended her struggles on this earth July 12, 2018 after a brief new illness at Wilson Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Vito, her parents Andrew and Kathryn (Guziewicz) Misiura and many other family members. She is survived by a daughter Mary Lou (Linda) of Ithaca, son John (Lisa) and grandson Vincenzo of Vestal, grandson Joshua Turner (Kaitlyn), dear cousin Marilyn Kubic of Peckville, PA, and many special nieces, nephews and neighbors. Vicky graduated from nursing school in 1955 from the State Hospital Training School for Nurses in Scranton, PA, and spent most of her career as an RN/supervisor at Ideal Hospital in Endicott. She then owned the Vestal Wine and Liquor Store with her husband Vito for many years before retiring.
Vicky’s passion was her family and her faith, and she dedicated her life to both for as long as she could.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10:30 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 801 Main Street, Vestal, Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday from 9:30 am until Mass time at 10:30 am.
