William E. Turner, 70 of Endwell. Sunrise: September 27, 1942. Sunset: April 18, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Rita Turner; his children, Dennis Gerrard Small and LaToya Turner; and a host of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was former Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church, Elmira Heights, NY and Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church, Endicott, NY; Co-Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church, Endicott, NY; and served in the United States Navy for over 28 years. The viewing will be held Monday, April 22 at 10 am, followed by the Funeral Service at 12 pm, Cornerstone Community Church, 911 East Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be at Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
