Anne M. (Piepoli) Searles, 91 of Endicott, NY passed away quietly on 10-23-15. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Searles, her parents Giuseppe and Filomena Piepoli, sister Mary (Michael) Palmasani, infant brother Vito Antonio Peipoli, sister-in-law Bernice Searles, mother-in-law Nina Searles, and father-in-law Ellsworth Searles. She is survived by her three children, Barbara Potter, Richard (Olwen) Searles, Clinton Searles, and his special friend Mary Kelly. She was also blessed with eight grandchildren, Brian (Katie) Potter-Searles, Michael (Marisa) Potter, Jaime (Jeremy) Benninger, Jay Fanara, Colin (Shirley) Searles, Sam Searles, Gabriella Searles, and Jacob Searles and six great grandchildren, Jesse Catanzaro, Ryder Searles, Garrett Potter, Nyasia Rice, Alyssa Benninger, Ethan Benninger and Jayden Fanara. She is also survived by brother-in-law Roger Searles. Anne was involved in many hobbies but her specialty was Ballroom Dancing. Whenever there was a dance, rest assured, she would always be there. She was with the Arthur Murray Dance Studio as an instructor for 16 years. She was a sales representative with Avon since 1966 where many of her customers became lifelong friends. After her husband passed on, she joined the Broome County Senior Center which she enjoyed and became a receptionist. Anne always liked being busy. She loved to cook and especially enjoyed cooking for her friends. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and Willow Point Nursing Home for their care and the staff at Lourdes Hospital, 1 Ross, especially RN Hillary.

Funeral Services will be held Friday 10 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Tioga Cemetery, Owego, NY. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Thursday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice or to Our Lady of Good Counsel in Anne’s memory.
