Leroy, so sorry to learn of Barbara's passing. When your Christmas card was returned, I thought I'd better do some checking and that's when I found the obituary. Hope you're doing okay. Would love to hear from you if you have the time. (I've started delving into DNA, but enjoy our old-fashioned record research much more.) Above all, be well. Prayers and good thoughts, Nancy
Charlie and Jan Baldwin left a message on February 28, 2018:
So sorry to hear of Barb's passing. We have known Barb since she came to Broome County, as the daughter of my pastor, Rev. Buono and Jan, where Barb was one of her instructors at Wilson School of Nursing. I have known Roy, of course, for over 75 years, as a best friend and a classmate at WPCS, and a wonderful neighbor for most of my life. His stops to say hello could turn into an hour or more of talking. We had every intention of coming to the funeral but I have been fighting a cold for the last several days-still sneezing and coughing-and we did not feel we would be doing Hilltop any favors by bringing that to the service. We will be there in spirit, remembering all the good times together. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of her family as they work through this very difficult time. Charlie and Jan Fish Baldwin
