Carol P. Lupo, 92, of Endwell, went to join her husband and family in heaven on Thursday, March 17, 2016. She is predeceased by her husband Sam A. Lupo. She is survived by her daughters Paula and Steven Moskowitz, Albany, and Jeanne Lupo and significant other John Fedorko, Endwell; her sons Sam and Cindy Lupo, Endicott and Stephen Lupo, Endicott; grandchildren Jennifer and Joe, Michael and Amanda, Sarah and John, Bria and John, Lisa and Tyler, Maxwell, Eliott, Jesse, Jennifer and Michael and Julie; great-grandchildren Oriana, Dominic, Audrey, Makayla, Rocco, Peter and Cooper; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Phil and Mary Lupo, Endwell; many nieces and nephews. She was a member, elder and deacon of North Minster Presbyterian Church, Endwell. Carol was a former member of the Endwell Garden Club, and a former member of Sultana Woman’s group of the Alhambra. She was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Navy with the rank of Yeoman First Class. She participated on the first honor flight out of Broome County to Washington D.C. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was extremely devoted to her church.
Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10 am from North Minster Presbyterian Church, corner of Hooper and Farm to Market Roads, Endwell, with Pastor Jim Martin officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott on Sunday from 2-5 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Carol’s memory may be made to the Youth Program of North Minster Presbyterian Church or Lourdes Hospice Program or Mom’s House.
