Danielle Campanella

Danielle Marie Campanella passed away on Sunday August 28, 2016 after a long illness. She is survived by her father and step mother Joseph and Elizabeth Campanella, her mother and step father Tina and Michael Bonkiewicz, sisters Megan Smith (Adam Mittl) and Gabrielle Campanella, step brother Brandon Wojdat, her nephew Max Sementelli and niece Estelle Mittl. She is also survived by her Grandfather Thomas Campanella, Grandmother Patricia Smith and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. Danielle was a Salutatorian graduate of Union Endicott High School (2008) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University (2012) with a degree in Biology.  Danielle was a smart beautiful person who loved her family and friends very much. She fought bravely throughout her treatment and many of the nurses who cared for her commented on her sweet disposition and kind smile even through the most difficult times. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Services will be held Saturday 10 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Be the Match National Bone Marrow Registry.
