Edward Korba, 86 of Endicott, passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Saturday, October 10, 2015. He was predeceased by parents Andrew, Jr. and Mary; brothers Peter; Nicholas; George and Andrew and sister Mary. He is survived by his wife Renee of 62 years, by his son Brent and daughter-in-law Kellieann Korba of Laurel, MD, three grandchildren Matthew; Stephanie and Michael; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Gerald and Vicky Faber of Barberton, OH and Julie Korba of Johnson City; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was a retired General Electric Employee and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the US Air Force. Some of his affiliations included American Legion Post 1700, where he was a past Commander, Major Ray H. Humphrey, DSC VFW #1449 and the BPOE Elks Lodge #1977, Endicott. Funeral Services will be held Saturday 1 pm from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday from 4-7 pm.
