Glenn C. Simpson, 45, passed away at his home Wednesday, September 30, 2015. He was predeceased by his grandparents Mary and Jerome Motter and Julia and Stefan Polinsky. He is survived by his parents Francis and Rose Simpson, Endwell; two sisters and a brother in law Elizabeth Simpson, Henrietta, NY and Michelle and Olivier Chevallier, Endwell; four nieces and nephews Daya Donaldson; Leah (Joaquin) Campos; Alexander (Sethleen) Campos and Andrew (Shiana) Campos; an aunt and uncle, Carol and David Hoffman and a special friend Julie Taft. Glenn graduated from Union Endicott High School Class of ’89 and was a graduate of both The Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA. and Binghamton University. Glenn was employed at the Pocono Environmental Education Center as an Environmental Educator. He was a former NYS BMX Champion and was a lover of nature, hiking and animals, especially cats. Glenn had a passion for music and playing guitar. His positive nature and zest for life affected all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday 10 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The Family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Friday evening from 6-8 pm. Expressions of sympathy in Glenn’s memory may be made to the Humane Society, 2 Jackson Street, Binghamton, NY 13903, or consider planting a tree in Glenn’s memory.
