Herbert “Herb” Chandler

On June 26, 2022, the Chandler family lost their beloved “Grandpa Herb,” aged 88. Predeceased by his parents, Herb Sr. and Irene, and by his sister Barbara, Herb is survived by his wife of 66 years, Janet; sons Douglas (Joann), Niles, and Alan (Meredith); grandchildren Andrew, Reed, Lauren, Ethan, Sarah, and Rachel; and his sister Dr. Candace - Chandlers all. Herb graduated from Towson (MD) High School and Dartmouth College, served in the U.S. Navy, and retired as a contracts administrator for the Defense Department.
Interment will be in Towson, MD at the family’s convenience.
