Jean Lusht

Jean McGowan Lusht, 67 of Endwell, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018. She was born on September 14, 1951 and predeceased by her parents Earl Leo and Joyce (Miles) McGowan; brother Gerald Earl McGowan; step mother Harriette Brown McGowan and sister in law Carol Lusht. Jean is survived by her husband Timothy; brother in law Denny Lusht, Endicott; sisters Marylou McGowan and Deborah Moore (Robert), all of Oxford; brothers Edward (Marlese) McGowan, S. New Berlin; Mark (Karlene) McGowan, Greene; Frank McGowan, Port St. Lucie, FL and Alan (Julie) McGowan, Mabelton, GA; also several nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins and best friend, her black lab Chief, who passed on a few years ago. Jean was a loyal, hardworking and dedicated employee of Feltcher’s, retiring after 30 years of service. Her hobbies included vegetable and flower gardening. Some of Jean’s enjoyments in life were college football, especially Penn State, (seeing them in person), the Georgia Bulldogs, and the Dallas Cowboys, but most of all enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by all.
Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 North McKinley Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760.
