Obituary

Joseph Andrew Nestoryak born February 7, 1931, passed away just shy of his 88th birthday on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Ideal Senior Living Center. Joe is predeceased by his father Andrew Nestoryak, Mother Mary Spataro, Step-Father Frank Spataro, Aunt and Uncle Anna and Frank Kriger, Infant son Edward Nestoryak. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Theresa Nestoryak, daughter Linda, sons Joseph, Steven, Philip and Robert (Carolyn) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joe is a Korean War Vet and a life member and past Commander of VFW Post 1449 Endicott, as well as, County and District Commander. He also held the position of VFW National Deputy Chief of Staff of the State of New York. Joe is retired from IBM Endicott. The family would like to thank all the caring and compassionate staff at Ideal Senior Living Center for the continued love and support.
Services will be held at Allen Memorial Home 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott with the viewing Wednesday, January 16, 2019 11 am to 1 pm and service immediately following. Private family burial to follow.
