Lyle E. Tredo, 84, of Smithville Flats, passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on January 1, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at his side. He is predeceased by his parents, Lyle K. and Maude Tredo; brother, Jerry Tredo; sister, Joyce Erickson; son-in-law Bob Scott. Lyle is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patty (Crowe); daughter, Karen Scott (Craig Ash); sons and daughters-in-law, Mark (Laurie) Tredo, Paul (Marcy) Tredo, Jeff (Melissa) Tredo, Greg (Kandy) Tredo; grandchildren, Jamie (Meredith) Scott, Andrea (Patrick) Affatato, Andrew (Jamie) Tredo, Ashley Downs, Luke (Sandra) Tredo, Nick Tredo, Sydney Tredo, Jake Tredo, Lyle M. Tredo, Angelina Tredo, Jack Tredo; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Kanazawich; as well as several nieces and nephews. Lyle retired from IBM after 37 years of service. He was blessed with 30 years of retirement, Patty by his side, at his favorite spot, the Lake. He enjoyed many days fishing, beautiful sunsets and watching his family grow.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 12 pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 701 West Main Street, Endicott. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at church Monday from 10:30 am until Mass time at 12 pm.
