Melanie and Bernie, I'm very sorry about your Mother's passing. She was a very beautiful and kind person. I'll always remember her. You were blessed to have her as your Mom and she was blessed to have you both.

Melanie, I remember in high school you telling me all those stories about ‘Mick and Rock’. I also recall in 2004 at our 30th UE high school reunion how we crashed your house about one in the morning and your mother got up out of bed to give us food and drink. My condolences to you and your brother.

Melanie and Bernard, words cannot express how very saddened I am about the passing of your beautiful mother, my godmother, second mom and truly wonderful, caring person. The memories of us growing up together the countless times we spent celebrating birthdays, holidays, summers and just being together. She supported our crazy antics, play productions and was always there for us. She will truly be forever in our hearts. Much love to you both, Denise

Melanie & Ben - My favorite memory of your mom was when she and your dad came to GA for I think, some reunion for your dad's military service (?) but they took the time to get together with me and my family while here. And we were going out to lunch and your mom said she wanted to go to Hooter's for lunch. I said, "Aunt Mickey, I really don't think that's the place you want to go", but she was insistent that it was. So off we went! And she and your dad had the best time with our waitress. We were all laughing until tears were coming down our cheeks! I swore she was ready to adopt that waitress! This was probably 30 years ago, so your mom would have been in her late 60's. But those barely dressed waitresses didn't bother her and she and your dad had a blast! And the many, many memories I have growing up and spending time with ALL my great-aunts. So sad that generation is now gone, but together again in heaven! She will be truly missed! Hugs and Kisses to both of you. Tammi
