Richard “Dick” Bundy

Richard “Dick” “Skippy” Bundy of Endicott passed away peacefully at home Saturday, February 7, 2015. Born on August 25, 1957 in Vestal, NY, he worked as a supervisor at Binghamton University for 29 years in the Plumbing Department. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Deborah Bundy and his daughter, Bryana Jones. Dick is predeceased by his father, Hugh Bundy. He is also survived by his mother, Nancy Bundy; his brother, Bill Bundy and his partner, Paul McKinney; sister, Cathy Howey and sister, Sandra Brown; Mike and Denise Slovak; and close friend, Chris Lewis; and many nieces and nephews. Dick was an amazing man who touched the lives of so many people. Whether it was shoveling snow, fixing a toilet, or hooking up an IPad, he was there as fast as possible to help. No one person he met could say a bad thing about him. If needed, Dick was only a phone call away. His huge heart and loving personality made everyone feel loved. The minute you met Dick you knew what a kind, gentle and honest soul he was. Dick will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched.
Instead of a viewing or funeral service, the family will be welcoming all friends and family into Dick’s home to celebrate his life Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 4 pm to 8 pm.
