Richard I. Weiss, 84, entered into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, Sunday, August 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Annie, their four children; Richard Weiss and wife Kathy, Lancaster, SC, Sharon Raby and husband, Ronald, Dayton, OH, Mary O’Donnell, Apalachin, and Cynthia Smolko, Hanover, PA. Richard taught science for 33 years at Chenango Valley Central School beginning in September 1956 and retiring in June 1989. Many students remember “Doc” Weiss.
