The first time I meet Bob and Pat was around 1975 when i was dating/got enegaged to one of their daughters. He was a man's man, like my dad used to say, meaning down to earth, hard working and congenial. I imediately liked him and always felt welcomed around him. There was a gap in our relationship when things didn't work out with his daughter but I stayed in touch and in the last 5 years I had renewed our communication by phone and visitation. It was pleasing to be in his company and i always called him dad when it was just He and I and Pat together. I will miss his great smile and sense of humor. His down to earth mindset and his willingness to talk about any subject with me, even on a very personel basis. I will miss him but will have the memories of him that are mine always ..... go with God Bob ..... Bill
