I remember countless days of hanging at the fence with our families just talking and talking. I remember when my brothers pet died, Roger came over to help me bury it in the back yard.

Bob & Pam Florian left a message on December 5, 2017:
To the Cargill Family, Pam and I wish to express condolences to your entire family. Meeting Sarah and working together for the past twenty two years resulted in one of the most important relationships of my life; and then to meet her dad, Mr. Cargill. How fortunate! Mr. Cargill was a kind, caring man and his love for Sarah, Sean and Dawn was evident. I can picture him and Dawn on the couch, snuggled together, both so content to be with the other. While he admired all the SABAH skaters, his face would beam with delight whenever Dawn skated by. He was a proud dad and a proud grandpa. May he rest in peace and may your family find joy in the moments you shared together. With love, Bob & Pam Florian

I lived next door to Roger and his wonderful family, for 32 years! Our talks at the fence, our kids growing up together, and Roger was always there for and the my kids, when ever we needed help. I will sadly miss him but the memories will last forever. I will always be Hey Lady or the pool lady. My deepest sympathy to his family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Bob and Teena: Rose and I will always remember your father, and father-in-law, as a caring and loving man who first loved God and secondly loved his family. He is a great example of a man who lived life according to God's will and not man's will. Thus, we know where he is, and the joys he is experiencing. Please be assured that you are in our prayers as you celebrate the legacy of a great man. Take care and God Bless!
