Shirley Reardon

Shirley A. Reardon, 88, of Endicott, passed away peacefully at UHS Skilled Nursing at Ideal, on Friday, January 20, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Mary Reardon, and her siblings and in-laws, Marge (Paul) Shaughnessy, Joyce (Norm) England, and Bill Reardon. She is survived by her twelve nieces and nephews from the Shaughnessy, England, and Reardon families. Also surviving, are several great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. Shirley was employed by the IBM Corporation for 33 years and a member of the Quarter Century Club, where she also served as Secretary. Shirley loved Christmas and holidays and made them special. She loved to travel and had memorable trips to Puerto Rico and Florida where she always mailed orange grove gumballs up north to her nieces and nephews to say she was still thinking of them while on vacation. She was a lifelong member of St. Ambrose Parish. She cherished making her Holy Hours, and special novenas to St. Anthony and St. Ann in honor of their Feast Days. She will be greatly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ambrose Church, Washington Ave, Endicott on Tuesday, 1/24/2023 at 10:30 am where family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 am.
