Thomas Nirchi passed away Tuesday, September 1,2015, after a short illness. He is survived by his loving mother Patricia Nirchi and her companion Nick Rano. Thomas Nirchi passed away Tuesday, September 1,2015, after a short illness. He is survived by his loving mother Patricia Nirchi and her companion Nick Rano. Tom will be joining his father Rocco; his brother Michael; grandparents Francesco and Nicolina Nirchi and Leonard Gentile in Heaven. Also surviving are grandmother Juanita Gentile and Bill Seeley; aunts and uncles Elena and Fred Backlund; Sue and Jerry Kocak; Nancy and Mark Donley; Lea and Mike DelSanto and Lenny and Candace Gentile; also many cousins and friends, especially his dear friend Mitchell Melton. Tom graduated from Union-Endicott High School and Hartwick College, Oneonta. He was Vice President of Nirchi’s Pizza. Tom loved his family, friends, dancing, music, swimming, the Dallas Cowboys, the Lakers and anything Disney. He was generous to a fault and we will miss his beautiful eyes and big kisses. Tom you will be forever loved.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 9:30 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10 am. Entombment will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, Monday from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project, St Anthony of Padua Church or a Scholarship Fund of your choice at Union-Endicott High School.
