Wahnita M. Thompson-O’Neill, 61, of Binghamton, went to be with the Lord Monday, February 15, 2016. She is predeceased by her parents David and Gertrude Clink and a sister Wanda Coene. She is survived by her husband Edward F. O’Neill, Binghamton; her children, Randall Clink, Rodger Thompson, Curtis (Jenni) Thompson, Jessica (Andrew) Rombach; eight grandchildren Vincenzo, Giovanna, Eli, Madeline, Lizzy, Mackenzie, Keighan and Decland; sisters Carol (Dewey) Ayers, and Judy (Ken) Orchard; brother Robert (Dona) Dow; her best friend Kathie Stevens and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Vestal where she was actively involved. Wahnita had a deep love for the Lord, her family, especially her grandchildren. She is loved and will be missed.
A Memorial service will be held Friday at 3 pm from Bethel Baptist Church, 300 North Jensen Road, Vestal, with Pastor David Rising officiating. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott Thursday from 4-7 pm.
