Carolyn and family, We were so saddened to hear of Billy’s passing, he was always so kind and friendly, with that ever present smile. It has been lovely to see you both at a holiday party or two through the years , to catchup, and reminisce. We had the distinct pleasure of having Bill totally rebuild our kitchen about 20 years ago, a focal point for our family, we have and will think of him often when in that lovely space. Always professional, but more importantly personal, truly concerned that we loved what he was building. Please know in this difficult time our thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.

Carolyn, I am at a loss Though you told me his time was short, I never expected to walk into Weis Market today and hear of Billy's passing from a mutual friend. (As I don't frequent the obits) My heart is bleeding for you. I both need and want you to know, on a sincere level, that I am here for you. I'm crying that the machine didn't work. I'm beyond sorry for your unimaginable pain. I can't even. Just know, through thick and thin I am here for you. Never forget, Tuch, my parents loved you the best and for whatever it is worth, they are hugging your hubby now,,, and Billy is hearing the words "Well done thou good and faithful servant, enter now into the joy of thy God" Know that you are an amazing wife, mother, and friend. I love you, Carolyn Tuch. xo Diane

We wish there could have been more. Our family also lost a very special person the same day as Bill passed. My deepest condolences to the entire Dwyer family - in the late 80’s Dooley took an old body shop on North Street in Endicott and remodeled it into a beautiful floor covering / paint store for us. As good a builder as he was a person. I am so very sad to learn of his passing. He’ll make a heaven a better place. Doug Picciano

Carolyn and family We are so sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. We are not able to attend his services as we are in Florida but be sure to know our hearts are with you. I enjoyed many good years of working with him on building houses throughout the Southern Tier. He was always such a professional and his craftsmanship produced many quality homes that I was proud to be a part of. Along with professional memories, I remember the. time he showed up at our house to help reframe and pack a window when he heard we were having a problem… that’s just the kind of guy he was, thoughtful, kind and generous. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, John and Diane Zunic
